Help:How to create a forum page

All contributors in group bureaucrats can create or manage forum pages. Extension:Flow provides for that purpose:
- creating a forum page
- description of a forum board
- changing topic titles
- mark a topic as resolved
- depending on your preferences (notifications) you can get notified upon forum changes
Create the forum page via special page enable Flow. It’s a good praxis to create those pages on talk pages.
