Template:dwb relation

A template to structurally save information about relations between Diversity Workbench concepts which might later be converted into other (semantic) templates.
For example:

|referred=dwbDescriptions:Descriptor.id
|update=NO ACTION
|delete=NO ACTION
}}
produces:
Referred: dwbDescriptions:Descriptor.id
Update rule: NO ACTION
Delete rule: NO ACTION
